The Stone Roses LIVE at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester, England - 15th J...
The Stone Roses are an English rock band, formed in Manchester in 1983. They were one of the pioneering groups of the Madchester movement that was active during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The band's most prominent lineup consists of vocalist Ian Brown, guitarist John Squire, bassist Mani, and drummer Reni. This film features excerpts from their recent gigs at The Etihad Stadium in Manchester, home to Manchester City FC, including classic songs 'I Wanna Be Adored', 'Waterfall' and 'She Bangs The Drum'. This was an absolutely AMAZING gig, definitely one of the best that I've ever been to. The atmosphere from the crowd of 60,000 was just SUPERB.
The support for the gig was Public Enemy who played an absolutely blinding set, to see highlights of that, click here: https://youtu.be/hQ1P6YmHdKk .
