Steam Trains at Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany - 5th December, 2014 Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof is the main railway station for the city of Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The station is the main station of Magdeburg and along with Halle Hauptbahnhof is the centre of long-distance rail transport in Saxony-Anhalt. The station sees a good deal of varied rail traffic, including Magdeburg S-Bahn, Harz-Elbe Express, DB Regio / regional Deutsche Bahn services, ICE trains, Intercity trains, heritage steam tours and a great deal of passing freight. This film features views of Steam Trains on special Christmas 2014 heritage workings both passing, departing and arriving at Magdeburg.
