St. Michael's Church, Shap, Cumbria, England - 2nd September, 2014



http://ift.tt/1BlaSdE St. Michael's Church in Shap is a Church of England church. The site of the church has had a church on it since 750 A.D., with a stone built church since 1150 A.D. It was served by cannons from the nearby Shap Abbey. This film features views of the church from the outside and inside. Outside the cemetery, a celtic cross, flowers, a wooden cross and the church building are featured. Inside the stained glass windows, decor, furniture, structure and religious iconography are the focus of the film.
