Had a lovely #Irish #Striploin (not Sirloin) #steak for late #lunch / #tea, very good quality #meat. I must confess I'd never heard of striploin before, a quick search online tells me that this cut is from the short loin of the #cow, and is alternatively known as a strip steak or a New York steak.
