East Street Flooding, Leeds City Centre, West Yorkshire, England - 26th ...

This film was taken last night (26/12/15) around the East Street area of Leeds, and features flooding coming through Turlow Court, flooded car parks, and flooding at the East Street / Marsh Lane junction. This film was supposed to be the last few minutes of the Leeds floods video that I uploaded yesterday, but unfortunately YouTube seems to have corrupted it, so here it is.
