These are #breakfast muffins. Made them yesterday in a #muffin tray. A circle of pitta #bread in the base, half cooked bacon around the edge, a little cooked sausage and raw red pepper in the middle, and an egg cracked on top. Cooked in the oven on 200 for 20 minutes.
