At the top of the Brocken. As you can tell we were in a cloud. So sadly no views today. It was also getting dark. The picture doesn't reveal how cold it was there, with a significant wind chill factor. The swirling cloud was eerie like something out of a Harry Potter film. I was half expecting a couple of Death Eaters to turn up! At the Brocken station, the locomotive disconnects, goes to the other end of the carriages and then reverses all the way back down the hill. Just after taking the photo below, the battery on my phone died, so no more photos.
