An #exciting #Saturday night of #jam making in the country using #plums and #blackberries from the #garden. This has involved reducing 4 kilos of plums to mush in a #wok. At the same time I reduced 1 kilo of blackberries in a #microwave. The blackberries and then the plums were pushed through a #sieve to take out all the nasty bits, so I'm left with the nice juice...to be continued... #wild #party #middleaged
